This album draws from a wide array of influences most notably early UK 90s dance and mid 90s American lo-fi indie.

It was constructed to evoke the process of slowly moving from a place of distrust towards a more peaceful and empathetic state of mind which is echoed in the albums structure as it runs from busy harsh rhythms towards more ambient textures in its finale.

i LOVE this album, melancholic, dark, a little dreadful...this is the album i put on early in the morning when i want to listen to something but most music feels too "loud," this is the album i put on at night to wind down, this is the album i put on when i'm doing work and want something ambient to accompany it, this is the album i put on when i'm going for a walk as the sun is going down, it just has a really special ambience to it. cloud
